There were large processions in Ananda Nagar demanding one AMPS and one DMS. Around 1,000 margiis participated in the rally on December 31 (Kolkata), and 300 were in the rally on January 1 (Ranchi).
The Kolkata and Ranchi DMS rallies were highly successful. The leadership of both administrations was morally weak, and they did not dare to interrupt the processions.
Many have heard about and seen the proposals and have joined the global online discussions. Since August of last year, more than 200 margiis and WTs have participated and drawn inspiration from the vision and approach.
