Background

Baba created one AMPS organization with a single administration. Around 2002/2003, it split into two, and later on, other smaller administrations formed. None of the administrations is based on Caryacarya; all are based on some form of sentiment or group ideas. There have been many meetings to resolve this division. After more than 20 years of negotiations and discussions, no progress has been made toward restoring the single administration that Baba created. Rather, group-based administrations are becoming more entrenched and institutionalized. Hence, a new strategy that is outside of the group-based administrations is called for.
