Leadership influences, motivates, and enables others to contribute to the organization’s success. Poor leadership and mistakes create an atmosphere of mistrust and fear. Ranchi’s critical leadership mistakes led to a typical pattern of mistrust, which lowered the organizational morale.
1)Â One senior and respected WT was appointed GS in 2000 without having 25 years of organizational experience. This was an attempt to mislead the Workers and Margiis by creating a false appearance.
2) Accepting one WT as a Central Worker was an act against Baba’s instructions. This led to many critical management mistakes.
3) The use of favoritism and nepotism: promoting and supporting individual Workers based on personal relationships to get elected or benefit personally.
4) Misappropriation of assets and properties. An irrational setup of the same WTs as the organization’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) and Central Board members of AMPS’s legal and financial assets and properties.
